Position Summary: 

The Project Manager Assistant provides support to the Project Manager by coordinating project activities related to any and all projects. MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Position Summary: 

  

The Maintenance Manager (MM) will provide support and management for US Federal contracts at LVW Electronics.  The MM will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager (PM) in overall project management and project tracking for ongoing and new maintenance contracts.  The MM will ensure data entry into LVW’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and will be responsible for ensuring that all project parameters are tracked, reportable and analyzed to ensure contract performance.  The MM will function as the secondary point of contact for customers, will assist in directing LVW and subcontractor resources, liaise with the LVW logistics and scheduling team, and ensure data entry into contract deliverables such as operations reports maintenance logs, inventory reports, etc.  The MM will also ensure the development and dissemination of internal LVW documentation as needed to ensure the maintenance management function is able to provide seamless and customer-focused support for current clients.

  • Close out SO’s and submit to LVW accounting department for billing. 

  • Update/certify trackers and submit to Government counterpart. 

  • Weekly updates of service trackers 

  • Review accident hazard analysis (AHA’s)  

  • Assists in scheduling preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) efforts with site. 

  • Track subcontractor PM and CM schedules on site and review their daily reports. 

  • Assists in maintaining PM schedules and procedures for LVW Technicians and subcontractors. 

  • Enter CM efforts for LVW Technicians and subcontractors into RMS. 

  • Track LVW Technicians on the ground and coordinate needed rental equipment. 

  • Review PM checklists and technician reports for accuracy and track deficiencies.  

  • Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and send to Government counterpart.  

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Must be able to perform the technical aspects of work.

  • Direct relevant experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS) a plus. 

  • Direct experience with hydro/electromechanical systems is a plus. 

  • Direct experience performing maintenance management for Federal clients a plus.  

  • Experience with CMMS systems, specifically eMaint, is a strong plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

PURPOSE

To oversee the P.A. system

DUTIES

Assemble and operate equipment to record, synchronize, mix, edit, or reproduce sound, including music, voices, or sound effects, for theater, video, film, television, podcasts, sporting events, and other productions. Adjust the P.A. system to provide good quality sound. Oversee the arrangement of microphones Operators will be responsible for the organization, maintenance, and repair of the P.A. system. Due to the technical nature of job – P.A. operators will seek out and train additional and/or new operators as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Public Address system tech/operator position shall meet the following requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience supporting PA systems
  • 3 years’ experience in a Public Address system tech/operator position that included customer interfaces, routine reporting, and product development and review
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and productivity tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Work independently, set and meet goals and deadlines, and manage customer relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
