PLACING AN ORDER
Sales and Shipping policies
Shipping is handled by UPS (USA
& Puerto Rico) and is calculated by
weight, zone and delivery options. You will receive UPS email notification
when your order is shipped with expected date of arrival and tracking
information. Colorado residents, 2.9% state sales tax will apply. LVW does not export consumer Over The Counter electronic
equipment. We will consider RFQs on industrial overseas design/installation
projects.
New items will carry a manufacturer's warranty. Sale pricing applies only to
products sold through LVW's web site. Pricing is subject to change. In the event
that you receive a defective product please email us at

or call us at 1-719-540-8900 for a return authorization. LVW will handle
defective products for 30 days following the receipt of the item. After 30
days all repair requests must be handled through the manufacturer.
Used/Demo/Open Box items will be under warranty through LVW for 30 days. All
returns, excluding defective items, will be subject to a 10% re-stock fee.
Products must be returned in original packaging with all paperwork and be
fully functional.
Orders are usually processed within 24hrs during our normal business week of
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, MST. Orders placed during
weekends or holidays will be processed on our next regular business day.
*Special order items, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery.
We reserve the right to delay or refuse shipment on any order when credit
cards cannot be properly validated for any reason.

For online purchases we accept Visa and
MasterCard only.
LVW will also accept company purchase orders with
an approved credit application for commercial accounts.
