LVW provides prompt service in the event that it is
required. In addition, we offer service contracts on a maintenance or as-needed basis.

Customer Service and Support
LVW believes that a high level of customer support is essential to achieving
customer satisfaction. The majority of our service and support activities
are performed at the customer's facility. LVW provides technical support and
user training for all installed systems. We provide a one year warranty on
our installations. After the expiration of the warranty, LVW offers extended
warranties, service contracts and on-site repair as needed. We also arrange
service and maintenance contracts for systems installed by other companies.
Philosophy
Our design and installation philosophy has developed over the past twenty
four years based mainly upon our work for the military, especially the
United States Air Force Academy. Our major emphasis is placed upon the
following criteria:
 | Redundancy
We typically design our systems so that our customer has a backup system
or can obtain immediate service should a problem or failure occur.
Alternatively, we design systems so that no one component will cause
complete failure. |
| Reliability
We stress selecting the most reliable components and equipment that have
had a good track record. We also stress careful assembly and installation
with our technicians to insure that all workmanship is done according to
the highest industry standards. We have a large number of complex audio
systems that have operated for years without a problem. |
| Engineering and Training
We design our systems as conservatively as possible using concepts that we
know have a good history. When this is not feasible, we will test our
ideas first before recommending them to our customer. We provide on the
site training for the end user and will be glad to discuss the design
philosophy and engineering criteria if requested. |
